To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse any shipments from Marieta's Group's Boutique,
you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it.
You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them.
Marieta's Group's Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order (7-15) business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences,
in order to protect our Lovers, Marieta's Group's Boutique reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
NOTE: For your protection, we require that the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Marieta's Group's Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
